Our physiotherapy services are eligible for rebates under private health insurance. Please check with your fund regarding cover and rebates as all funds and policies differ.

We also accept patients covered by NDIS, Lifetime Care and Support, DVA, Work Cover or CTP and Medicare plans.

Please note that from 1st April 2019 health fund rebates are not available for our Pilates services.

We accept patients who have been referred for Physiotherapy treatment under a Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Plan. 

You will need to pay the full cost of your consultation then we will provide you with a receipt for you to claim your rebate from Medicare. From the 1st July 2023 this rebate is $58.30. If you have reached the Medicare threshold your rebate may be higher.

This means for our standard physiotherapy appointments the gap payment for your initial consultation will be $71.70 and follow-up consultations $56.70.

For our complex appointments (vestibular, paediatrics, women's health and men's health) the gap payment will be $121.70 for your initial consultation and $56.70 for follow-up appointments. 

Payment is processed directly through DVA (no gap payments). Please remember to bring a D904 referral form from your doctor if you are attending your first appointment as well as your DVA card.

We accept treatment of patients who are covered under the above schemes. Cost of Physiotherapy services will be billed to your insurer. Please call the clinic once your claim has been accepted to book an initial assessment. 

Physiotherapy services are charged as per the NDIS scheduled fees. If you would like to receive Physiotherapy through your NDIS plan, please call the clinic and we can discuss how physiotherapy treatment could help you achieve your plan goals. Your assessment and treatment sessions can be organised at the clinic or if required we can come and visit you at your home or school.

Included in the above cost is your physiotherapy consultation AND hire of the labour TENS unit. We encourage you to bring your partner or support person along so they can learn how to apply the electrodes and operate the machine. Your physio will explain how to use the labour TENS machine to it's maximum benefit for pain relief during labour. Our units are designed specifically for labour with a boost button to push during contractions.
