Physio Pilates - Targeted core strength, mobility and postural control.
At The Pinnacle Physiotherapy Clinic, our Physio Pilates classes combine the precision of Pilates with the clinical expertise of physiotherapy. Led by trained physiotherapists, these small group sessions are designed to help you build core strength, improve postural control, enhance mobility, and support injury recovery in a safe and structured environment.
Our approach integrates traditional Pilates principles with up-to-date knowledge in exercise science, rehabilitation and movement control.

Class Levels
To ensure every participant is appropriately challenged and supported, we offer three levels of Physio Pilates:
Foundation
Ideal for beginners, those new to Pilates, or individuals in the early stages of rehabilitation. Focuses on learning to activate deep core muscles, improve alignment, and build a strong foundation for safe movement.
Intermediate
For those with an established understanding of core activation and movement control. These classes introduce more dynamic, whole-body exercises and varied movement positions to enhance strength, coordination and stability.
Advanced
Designed for experienced Pilates clients who are ready for high-level, full-body challenges. Ideal for improving athletic performance, complementing other training, or continuing progression beyond rehabilitation.
Pre-Exercise Assessment
Before starting classes, an initial assessment with one of our physiotherapists is required—especially if you are new to the clinic. This allows us to:
- Understand your medical and injury history
- Assess postural alignment, flexibility, core activation and overall function
- Use real-time ultrasound to assess and teach proper core muscle engagement
- Identify any modifications needed to keep your exercises safe and effective
If you’re currently undergoing physiotherapy treatment at our clinic, speak with your treating physiotherapist about joining a class.
